@GaryOderNichts has proven how it is possible to create custom code to be executed on the Alarmo. In their Blogspot post, they clarified that the Alarmo is powered by an STM32 microcontroller, the same chip used by the Game & Watch Zelda Edition. After this discovery, wires were soldered to the SWD debug pins, and they were able to facilitate registers and memory using the program "OpenOCD". The limitations, however, is that the STM32 was readout protected, meaning that the internal flash couldn't be read out to examine it further.
