@GaryOderNichts has proven how it is possible to create custom code to be executed on the Alarmo. In their Blogspot post, they clarified that the Alarmo is powered by an STM32 microcontroller, the same chip used by the Game & Watch Zelda Edition. After this discovery, wires were soldered to the SWD debug pins, and they were able to facilitate registers and memory using the program "OpenOCD". The limitations, however, is that the STM32 was readout protected, meaning that the internal flash couldn't be read out to examine it further.

Such a cashgrab this Alarmo.

For 100 euros, at least use entry level cheap SoC Nintendo (!).

even their useless alarm clock can be hacked. nintendos security is truly beyond pathetic I'll predict the switch-U cracked wide open within a year

I mean it's an alarm clock at the end of the day not like you can use it for piracy or system hacking or whatever pretty sure the big N wasnt really big on security for this device. I mean Mariko/Lite/Oled still do not have a softmod exploit so is Nintendo's security really as bad as everyone makes it out to be? Just my thoughts

I've assume it's because they're always easy to hack, and because Nintendo's notoriously against modding. The Wii, Wii U, and 3DS just need an SD card, and the Switch launched with a hardware exploit. Meanwhile the 360 still needs to be soldered to be modded

I don't even have an iphone. All I do with a phone is text and call family and friends and a shitty phone from several years ago was good enough.
