Well the title says it all. I don't understand what's so great about it. I use the official firmware and it's perfectly fine. Btw, if I do install the Akaio, will it mess up with my current games and .sav files? And how are action replay cheats supported in the Akaio?

    Thanks,
    His Infernal Majesty

AKAIO looks pretty similar to the official firmware on the surface. It's just better. Most importantly, perhaps, is the fact that it has better ROM compatibility.

It supports the same skins as the official Acekard firmware.

the only extra feature I have found is that it can automatically copy over the save from a ez 3 in 1 at boot time. but that is an important feature for me.
