Hardware ak2 evflash 3in1 migration problem

hi

i have a problem with the migration i loaded the gba game into nor(along with the save,it works ok in the nor if i turn on the ds only with ez the game starts (as it should) the save is ok and it saves fine so my battery is ok.)
but when i load diamond(game is beaten so pal parks is open)i dont see the migration link in the startup options
i tried the pokepatch didnt help
i tried akio and the original firmware still doesnt work!
strange thing is that it worked like half year ago(since then i delete the diamond room and started it over)but now it doent work!
and the funny thing is that i dont recall using pokepatch half year ago lol
oh and i tied both loading the game to nor via akaio and gba explader(atm its by gbaxp)

any help?what should i do?

Then just use pokesav, it is faster and you don't have to wait 24 hours.

No there isn't one yet, all Pokemon migration issues are a NDS issue and require hacking the rom. you can go to the correct section and look there first:
