Thank you, i will give it a try.. always use update feature of the software it self, have it already several month running. Just had this issue when i updated few days ago to 14.1.1

This isn't related to sysupdates. You just somehow downloaded a "config/aio-switch-updater/hide_tabs.json". Not a big deal, tho

@Homlet How can i remove cheats that go into the save file? i accidently enabled cheats for hollow knight , after that i disabled and unninstalled all cheats but there is a cheat code that gets injected in the save file,

Now i have pernament moon jump even tough i unninstalled / removed the cheats,
I dont want people think im a little bitch and that i need cheats to beat hollow knight, is my save file fucked?

I'm not sure, maybe there is a "moonjump off" cheat that you need to activate to restore your game to normal

It’s possible you had save cheat status turned on so it left a file in your /atmosphere/contents/<000000gamedid000000>/cheats/
directory.

also turn off dmnt in /atmosphere/config/system_setting.ini would stop it as well.

This fix wont work. its something to do with the game having it permanent when you save. Whats needed is a moon jump off code though it does not exist.

I installed HollowKnight on my Switch and did some research on this…


I used AIO to install the moonjump cheat



Confirmed that it was in place at /atmosphere/contents/0100633007D48000/cheats/…


Here is the contents of the cheat itself…


Here is the toggle.txt showing that it’s state is true…


Be me. Jumping all the way to the top of the screen (sproing!)…


Exited out of game and changed true to false…


Start game back up and now HollowKnight has no vert skill, loses NBA contract, loses house, loses car, loses wife…has no vert game. Don’t be like HollowKnight. Get good!

(Sorry picture is off center…hard to capture peak of jump while holding 12.9 iPad with one hand to take photo.)

It’s possible I’m missing something? If somebody wants to share a ”stuck” game save I’m happy to test…

e: also went back to the beginning of the game and started fresh so I would get a save game when I hit Dartmouth. Was still able to turn off cheat as above.

I believe I got it. Worked on mine. Let me fix yours and send it back…

oh…and P.S. Infinite Jump is confirmed to be turned off. So if we can just get this to import on your Switch we should be all set…

I did a quick save first and then put the uncompressed import directory right next to my initial save under /JKSV/Hollow Knight/….just to be sure.
