one other thing I might is that when you cache it elongates the address. just delete what's not needed. I don't know why it does that. this is how I have mine @Leeful even has his own folder:

It only does that if you browse and then select the index.html from the root of the Sandisk Connect
    e.g from http://172.25.63.1/ or http://172.25.63.1/myconnect/
It also does it if you forget the index.html part of the url e.g http://172.25.63.1/myconnect/xproject/

if you put in the full direct address of the index file
    http://172.25.63.1/myconnect/xproject/index.html
    it does not do that.:)

I haven't tried it myself but I'd imagine that it would work.
Both the PS4 and the PC would both be connected to the same (Sandisk connect) network so they should be able to talk to each other.
Let me know if you try it out. I don't have Wifi on my PC so I can't test it.:)

    Absolutely.

you just need to change IP/DNS to connect to FileZilla iirc.

So how hard would it be to downgrade from 7.02 (what I'm on) to 6.72 for example ?

    Any extra hardware needed ?

EDIT - Scratch that, just read the tweets - I'll get my coat

Only if you have back-up from 6.72. Otherwise downgrade is not possible.

Interesting, is the backup method public yet? Sounds like it needs at least some soldering, interested to see how complex the required mod is.

Can anyone with more PS4 coding knowledge than me tell me what this Github page is?

    sleirsgoevy/ps4jb

It does mention 6.72 PS4 Jailbreak, was committed nearly an hour ago and has a lot of javascript files that I can't understand.

I can't post links yet, sorry.

this is the bad_hoist webkit exploit POC, modified to work on PS4 properly.

fire30 made a POC that worked on PS4 but it was missing some offsets I think. This one includes them and is proven working on PS4 up to 6.72.

Rumours of 8.00 BETA firmware are beginning to circulate, don’t forget that if you are invited to test and update to 8.00 you can roll back beta firmware, but only to the latest OFW available.

So if you’re on 6.72 you cannot update to 8.00 beta and expect to roll back to 6.72, you cannot.
