What happens if you just go to the root of the sandisk http://172.25.63.1 and then manually click on the index.html?

again making sure that you have cleared webdata and cookies first, that step is so important.

Sorry mate, I don't know what else to suggest.

Just to confirm these are the full steps I did to get it working my end:

    1. Downloaded the latest regular http version of X-Project and put the files in a folder called xproject157 on the root of my sandisk USB.

    2. Connected to the sandisk using wifi > Custom > all default settings.

    3. Opened up the browser and held circle to close the existing browserpage.

    4. From the 'Frequently Used Pages' page in the browser, went to settings and deleted Cookies and deleted Website Data.

    5. Closed and re-opend the browser, entered the following url in the address box: http://172.25.63.1/myconnect/xproject157/index.html

    6. X-Project started to install the cache automatically.

    7. When it got to 100%, exited the browser and turned off my sandisk connect.

    8. Re-opened the browser and X-Project was running from cache from the address: http://172.25.63.1/myconnect/xproject157/index.html

@Leeful and @KiiWii , I think I figured out what was wrong. I wasn't exiting the browser after clearing the cache. now, both xproject and your frontend are on my sandisk connect. :)

Is QuickHen working and perfect now?
I heard it lowers kernel panics. If so, where can I get it as .bin file?

There is no bin for QuickHen.
QuickHen is not another version of HEN.
Rather than a full exploit menu like X-Project or Alazif's DNS Host, QuickHen is just a single webpage that loads the regular version of HEN that everyone already uses.

The good and special thing about Celesteblue's QuickHen is that it works for other exploited PS4 firmware versions. 4.55 and 4.74 etc. Not just on 5.05 consoles.

question: does rest mode work with hen? I had heard that it was buggy. I'm not sure if that's been fixed.

Rest mode now works fine with the latest HEN 2.1.1
The only thing it it will not work with is if you use it while running an app2USB game from USB.

that's great to hear. I'll probably just keep mine off, since I've only played like 10 hours total on the thing over the span of several years. when my account got banned, I just stopped playing. is there a way to resign saves without save wizard? I've heard of mounting the save, but is it resignable? a new account, without being able to log into psn, will show up as all 0s with aid.

To use Save mounter both consoles must be exploitable.
    e.g.
On Console-A mount a save and save it to your computer .
Then On Console-B create a new save, mount it and then overwrite it with the one saved from Console-A.

damn, two consoles? must both have an account or have signed in to psn at least once?

You dont need an account or have signed in to PSN but you can't run SaveMounter on an unexploited console.
So if you were moving your saves from one console to another, both must be exploitable.

For example I could mount and save a Fallout 4 save and give it to you.
You could then overwrite your own Fallout 4 save with my save on your PS4 using SaveMounter.

what about mounting all saves on a banned account and transferring them to your pc, reformatting the hdd, creating a new user, then transferring the saves to that user?

Yes, I think that would work.

Using SaveMounter is also a good way of backing up your saves because they could then be used any other another account or PS4 console.

I personally have moved saves from my Phat PS4 to my Slim PS4 using SaveMounter. Thats 2 different consoles with 2 different user profiles.
