create a new config.txt with your configuration on ux0. it will override what's on ur0, which may have an empty config.txt. after you get sd2vita working this way, transfer plugins and the config.txt back to ur0.

Still nothing, the ux0:tai folder is empty but the ur0:tai have the config.txt and all the plugins. I did a few reboots but it still is not registering the sd2vita.

I think the problem is the config.txt on ur0. it looks to be the size of an empty one. create a new config.txt for ux0, then transfer it over to ur0.

it would appear that you're using gamesd when it's not present (based on your other screen shot). you have storage manager in its place.

no, just config.txt

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

alternatively, you might transfer the config_backup.txt to your pc, rename it to config.txt, then retransfer it over. that backup may have been made when you did recovery.

When i replaced the gamesd.skprx to storagemgr.skprx, deleted the ux0:tai folder, and rebooted it, the vita shell went missing and so does the pkgj, etc.

you might try qcma. vita shell may have been on the internal memory card. remove the micro sd card, let it get to the livearea, make sure vita shell is there, transfer it to your pc via qcma, pop the micro sd in, and transfer it back.
