hi Internet,

After I run mocha on the Wii U and the the rednand dump is created.
I get some unallocated space on the SD card which is the rednand from what I've gathered.

And 1 in partition which windows/Linux (ubuntu) don't recognize and designate respectively as raw/unknown which should be fat32.
I can format that partition but when the sd card is removed and placed back The OS just sees it as an unknown file system.
Formatting and placing the appropriate files there doesn't work, since when I tried entering the homebrew channel through the browser exploit I get the message "sd card failed to mount."

If anyone knows what the problem might be and or a possible fix.

All help would be much appreciated, thank you

Never seen this happen before.
The only thing I can suggest is that you try erasing your SD card (format the entire thing to one FAT32 partition) and then stick it back into your console. This will re-generate its redNAND, and hopefully fix the problem.

If this doesn't work, then I'm not sure what the solution is.

Tried that a few times I formatted the sd card either with format32 tool, with the GUI version and some Linux tools with cluster size either 32 or 64 kb. Might try it out with a different sd card again some later time.

Thanks for your reply
