Gaming Afetr a Wii on the cheap with just USB?

recently modded a wii for someone who's disc drive wouldnt work but could boot games via USB... wouldnt sell it to me but wondered if anyone in the UK had one to sell or knew of someone selling?

Well in case you can't find someone selling a Wii with a broken drive, you can get a pre-owned Wii from Computer Exchange for £115. They tend to go for more than that on ebay, but then you'll probably also get more peripherals with it too. Computer Exchange also sell what they call discounted Wiis for a little cheaper, though I'm not sure exactly why they're discounted.
