Hardware Advice for me on Hardware and Utilities.

I want to buy a FlashCart to use with my GBA SP, but I'm very new to all of this and don't know what will work for me. Here is what I want to be able to do:

1) Play ROMs
2) Export Game saves from my actual game carts.
3) Use my own save files on my ROM games.
4) Import Saves back onto my game carts.

What Hardware will I need and what Homebrew Utilities will I need to do these things?

well, I think most can do 1 2 and 3.. but I also think that none can do 4...
since it's a ROM (read only memory) and it has to write in the game itself...

I remember my old EFA 512 being able to use saves from VisualBoyAdvance and the other way around (If thats what you mean). I played Minish Cap on both my comp and micro baack and forth until i beat it.

#4 can be done by homebrew (EEPINATOR for NDS saves and Send Save for GBA saves)
