Other than it being 1slot, what are the advantages of an R4 over an SClite which I allready have?
100% compatibility, not beinged fucked by coverting games all the time...
drag and drop, more homebrew support, full support for wifi games, no patching needed, much bigger space for games.
I thought Supercard were like, Kings of Homebrew
But not the king of GBA playback.
lol, true, gba support sucks b*lls
At least the SCLITE has GBA
Get an R4 though
^^ if you're gonna get a slot 2 device though, you're better off with something better like the m3 lite or g6 lite
Never said SCLITE was actually that good. It's decent at NDS playback though. M3/G6 slot 2 are better overall. The best solution on the market right now is a slot1 with the EZ-expansion
No passeme required, drag and drop, simple to use. lighter I believe.
From someone who's made that same leap, the biggest advantages are:
- drag and drop with full compatibility (not having to patch roms or worry about settings is awesome)
- better battery life
- on screen brightness controls
