I have not played my PSP GO for a LONG TIME and it's already modded, it has a couple psp games and also has one PS1 Game.

I checked the content of my "ISO" folder on the internal memory on my PSP, there are 4 PSP ISO's but the PS1 game is not there.

So to add PSP Games I just drag the .iso into the ISO folder? And for PS1 game's how do I add more?

Well, you can buy them off the PSN or make your own. Read this for a good guide on how to do it. Most games work well, others not so much.

Yep, any PSP compatible .iso file will be right at home there and will show up in under the games tab in the PSP's menu
