Is there a way to add games to your Wbsf USB drive while connected to the wii?

It a pain to reconnect and disconnect my USB HDD from my wii is to my pc.

yes, most usb loaders have an option to "install" games directly from your wii's disc drive.
wirelessly, from a PC? that'll take a longggggg transfer time....I mean hours....

I suppose if you had the WBFS file on your computer you could use FTPii to send it over to the USB drive, but it'd probably be kinda slow. I *think* Wiixploer has an FTP option too.

yes both ftpii and wiixplorer can transfer files over network
BUT both dont support the wbfs filesystem
only fat and maybe ntfs

afaik the only way to transfer to wbfs is using linux and ndb
but as all homebrew wifi its kinda slow

i sugest try wiixplorers ftp/smb to some fat drive to test the speed
and if you like it convert to using fat instead of wbfs

oohh I'll have to try that later... my PC has problems with my damn usb drive (super super slow transfer, randomly unmounts when using backup manager) so I've had to get the ISO on my PC, convert to WBFS, share it, grab it on my netbook, and hook up usb drive there to transfer it >.< pain in the ass... this should be a good bit simpler thanks

edit: oh man you guys weren't kiddin... over 4 hours for a single small old game. guess I'll stick to the netbook until I can get a new mobo for the desktop XD

try other usb cables
even if the one you use works in other cases
