Hardware Adding .dol files to Wiikey Config disc.

Is it possible to insert .dol files into the dol folder in the boot disc iso via a drop and drag method or do you have to go through a certain software program, so that the Wiikey recognises the software is there?
Just having a bit of trouble with the Softdev SDDVD dump tool.
