Hacking Adding custom guitar hero to usb drive

Is there a trick to adding a custom guitar hero iso to the drive without creating a duplicate entry?

Use a hex editor or one of the WBFS managers to rename the game ID (if you open the .iso file with a hex editor, the game ID is right there at the beginning..simply change it to something else - you can also edit the game's title if you want). However, you'll only be able to play it online with someone else who has the exact game ID, from what I understand.
