Add subforums to the Wii Section

For the various modchips as we do currently with the different flashcarts. Mostly because... Wiikey questions seem to fit into two topics, etc etc.Add something like

Modchip Discussion
---Subforums: Wiikey, Wiinja (v1-deluxe), WiiD, Cyclops

and then move a couple of stickies to their respective forums, such as the wiikey installtion and pix thread.

Just an idea. Would like to hear an admin's opinion.
