Homebrew Discussion Add NSP and XCI support to 7-zip (plus p7zip)?

To save myself and others from having to hunt for 3rd-party software, I'm wondering if it is possible to add support at least for unpacking from NSP and XCI files. Later on, support for creating and packing into these files could be added. Note that I have the ability to write the supporting code to accomplish this, but it will take longer if I am the only one doing it.
If it is possible, I will need to know the specs of NSP and XCI files in order to write code for at least browsing and extracting them. Likely to complicate this code is that I will likely need title keys in order to browse them at all (it could be implemented as the password option, but it may not work if the key is expected to be stored somewhere else).

NSP should be easier to implement than XCI
