Add emus to the download section

Yeah.. there's no place to put DS / GBA emus... Can/will you guys fix it?

we're currently discussing internally as to whether or not we should allow emulators to be available on our download center...
some say emulators are illegal...

I was preparing a guide for the Wiki on Gamecube emulators, but I can wait for you to further decide on the issue. I guess it's a Catch-22. Emulation programs can be legal as by themselves, they do nothing, but Nintendo does not authorize any means of creating ROMs...

I think emulators could be legal, but only if any bios is not included in the download section, nor into zipped/rared emulator.

but it's up to you to decide.
