Activision Blizzard to launch a TV and film studio

" Activision Blizzard, maker of the Call of Duty video game, announced it will make original films and TV series.

The newly formed Activision Blizzard Studios will base the shows and movies on the company's games.

It plans to release a TV series based on Skylanders Academy in 2016 and films based of the military videogame Call of Duty starting in 2018 or 2019. "

A movie about the Call of Duty... just think about it, a movie about CoD, you know Blizzard, this could work decently if you put the story of the first 3 CoD games, which were based on somewhat realistic themes, with differents perspectives, like, the Russian Perspective, the British one, the American one, etc. That would make a great movie.

The thing is, CoD isn't what it used to be before, right now, it is pretty much your typical "shooty, shooty, stab stab" game that many "Hardcore Gamers" (Emphasis on the Quotation Marks) likes to play today, and also having a story which is in a nutshell:

Protagonist: We're gonna kill everyone hahahaha, let's kill and shoot all those motherfuckers HAHAHAHA, KILL THEM, KILL THEM, HAHAHAHA.

This could vary depending on the game, but in the end, is pretty much the same thing, add that the campaign is like only 5 hours per game, and that most people only play this for the multiplayer online, and you got the best concept for a movie ever, you know, a thing that you can't control nor change, only watch, can't wait on cinemas this movie, with the possible slogan.

"See a thrilling story with a one man army shooting and killing mercilessly for more than 2 hours, without any sort of real development in story, coming soon!"
