Activision Blizzard Drops from ESA

    So, I'm wondering... since Activision is out of the ESA, doesn't that mean the ESA can't do anything about piracy for Activision games?

    As the largest game publisher, they probably don't need it. They can do their own convention and get more money + more exposure. I would think they do something like Blizzcon, but not just for the Blizzard games.

    that's wonderful. not because of piracy but because organizations like the ESA don't really advance the industry they only care about profiting from other people's creativity.

    if only the riaa and mpaa could be dismantled.

    and it doesn't mean activision can't do anything about piracy, they just have to act on their own behalf at their own discretion without relying on a greedy third party.

    lol does this means more moogle death will came out in activision games too?its the only way to prevent piracy!!lol
