Is it avaliable on an old 3ds 9.2 (Sysnand) or 10.7 (Emunand) ?

Ram dumping is possible on any o3ds with a browser that supports classic browserhax (one bundled with an OS under 9.5-22), so you could use it on 10.7 by downgrading the browser...

..but why bother if you have an hacked console that can backup full saves!!

Hi, late reply but how would I go about downgrading my browser?
