Hacking Acekard 2i working on DSL, but not DSiXL

hey there folks, I have a serious problem on my hands, I just got a Acekard 2i card and was gonna use it on my DSiXL on 1.4E, but for the love of me, it just won´t work.

I got my hands on a DSlite to update the FW to the ak2ifw_update_3ds_v2_DSL, and I used that file on the DSL to update the FW, and the card still works on the DSL, but it still shows no card on my DSiXL, I mean, what is going on here?

the icon on the DSL is a Chessmaster icon.

during the update it states::
Chip ID: 0fc2 HW:8181

btw, it was bought from an authorized reseller

Update again, it seems that helps a fair amount of people out of trouble, unless you have updated to 1.4.3, that version isn't supported by the acekard 2.1i firmware yet.

Acekard 2i is known to have contact issues with DSi XL

holy crap, it worked, strange...I totally discarded it becayse it worked on the DSL, thx man
