    hi everyone,

I have an AceKard 2I and a Nintendo DSI XL. Since a couple of days now, my DSI XL doesn't read my AceKard very good anymore. when I start up my DS it shows the dany phantom thing (...) and when I start a back-up of a game it plays but then suddenly freezes. The audio continues to play, but not the game.
When I restart my DS on this point and I see the homepage of the DSI XL again, the DS says that there is no game inserted...

Is there a way to fix this?

I didn't had this problem when I was on my normal DS Lite, and neither when I updated the AceKard (manually) to let it work on the DSI XL. Would another software update work? (I mean the software from the AceKard itself, not the software that you put on you micro SD)

    Thanks,

    IronRain

Have you tried the paper trick? It could be a contact issue.

You basically shove a piece of card underneath the acekard contact points.

Hmm search the paper trick in the forums and they'll give detailed instructions on how to do it. It's kind of difficult to explain.
