I just got my Acekard 2i. Unfortunately my son updated the 3DS to V4.0.0.7 already. I just wanted to make sure I'm clear on a couple of things.

1. I will not be able to upgrade the Acekard 2i with my 3DS already at V4.0.0.7?

2. Assuming I have to upgrade on my daughters DSL, do I just put the update NDS file on the root of a clean micro SD and run it with the DSL?

That correct get the firmware from acekard .com and put in the DS lite and put in the root of a a clean micro sd card and run the update when it tell you it done stick it in the 3DS and you will get sword icon on the 3ds and your acekard card should work with the new firmware v.4.0.0.7 for the 3ds.

You still need to put the acekard 2i system files in the microSD so you can navigate your way to the update file.

Can you believe I've never played any Half Life game, or the Orange box. Been meaning to, I own it, just haven't played it yet.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Wow, I never knew that. You should totally play Half Life. Great game, I tell ya.

Played a little Portal way back, but didn't care for it. Should give it another go.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Oh god, Portal. I got stuck in the middle of making a portal on a wall, and trying not die in the pit. Can't remember what level it was, but this was a decade ago. It just feels too difficult.

First few levels you know what you're supposed to do, but afterwards, they don't tell you otherwise, you have to memorize everything.

Since I'm not touching fake Japan asscreed, I'll be giving a try to Valhalla. I bought it on release but never played it. X

They should've continued making Rabbids games before they fall off the earth. If Nintendo has Super Mario, then Rabbids should be their mascot for all their games. Make a lot of money.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Skelletonike, Valhalla was pretty good, slow at first but gets better as goes. Not quite as good as Origins or Odyssey tho, imo

The game has so many options, many pointless, but no option to change the audio settings? I like when I can put the sound to work better with a soundbar or stereo equipment, I think previous games had it? Weird

I really like origins for the world itself.
