Hacking Acekard 2.1 black PCB spring loaded

I just got an Acekard 2.1 with a black PCB that's spring loaded from GameByGame. Should I ask them for a replacement blue PCB that is not spring loaded. Is there a greater chance of a spring loaded Acekard breaking over one without a spring? Should I worry? Thanks.

no. i beta everything under the sun. i take my msd in/out more than 20x a day, 7 days a week. i'm testing every night, its what i love to do. i've had no problems.

Same here, I have one of the older Acekards with clips and a spring - it's worked with me for quite a while and I haven't had any SD-to-AK contact issues since.
