Hacking ace3ds plus with 3dsxl (5.1.0.11)

I just got an ace3dsplus.

There is nothing written above the chip like some cards 001 - 001a - 002 http://www.ace3ds.com/images/ace3dsplus_001.jpg

Will it work if i update it in dslite first and then put on 3ds with latest update 5.1.0.11?

Please check your ace3ds plus first, if there is 001/001A/002 printed on the pcb, the card should work on dsi v1.45 and 3DS v5.1.0-11 perfectly.
If there is no numbers printed on the pcb, i am sorry the card can not work on 3ds newest version
