It comes out on February 16, 2010 according to Nintendo's early 2010 lineup. Just because a flash demo is out on GameSpot doesn't mean it's actually been released.

And no, I'm not nuts.

Yes you are.
If the game isn't actually out yet, then the flash demo is a lie and isn't a demo of Ace Attorney Investigations at all but instead is a demo of a fake game that isn't coming out.
