Yes, this is already known. You are on 9.1 sysnand, but you are using a spoofer after booting Cakes, which will boot into emunand by default.

Perhaps you might not even need the HBL HANs eShop patcher: You probably updated your 3DS to 10.4 EmuNAND at some point, which is the latest firmware at the moment.

Im not sure sbout 3ds cfw so... thank you. my emunand in 10.4.
If your EmuNAND is 10.4, nothing will stop you from entering eShop the normal way because you are on the current latest firmware.

Just don't do anything in SysNAND or you might accidentally update it. I recommend changing your EmuNAND theme so you know which NAND you're in.
