Hacking Accidentally booting CFW on SYSNAND. Flagged for ban?

i was afraid of ruining the switch i just made a new backup on 11.0.1 and im praying to nothing happen,since i just booted on sysnand with no activity there no oppening album neither doing nothing i just checked it was sysnand cfw and turned off.

I boot sysnand cfw every time I update, using choi. I even used to play xci games in sysnand. Haven't been banned. That being said, don't push your luck.

i have seen that, i also have seen people playing online on sysnand cfw with legit games, and also making save edition without beign banned lol

My switch is setup to autoboot into an emunand. After formatting my sd card for a clean atmosphere install, I rebooted my switch and instead of autobooting into my emunand, it autobooted into my sysnand, with cfw. I immediately shut it off (didn't futz around with HBL or anything).
My WIFI was not on, but I plan to use my sysnand for online games later down the road. Because I booted into the sysnand with cfw, am I "flagged" for a ban when I log into wifi later? Do I need to do a nand restore? My OFW is on 9, but my nand backup is from 8.

Nintendo checks the logs, if you have ONLY started cfw on sysnand and then shut down without starting pirated applications or homebrew you should be fine I think but if u have a CLEAN nand backup, restore it, check the fuses before!

Running CFW on sysMMC is safe as well as running some homebrew.

I had a Switch banned and all I did was use a home brew app to install my Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu save from my previously banned Switch.
