Gaming AC:NL Please help me unglitch my dock...

I tried to beautify my town and everything looked cool until I chose a different ramp for the beach, which led to a slightly different coastline, which made me move the dock, which made my villager almost realise they live in the matrix. I have tried at least 15 different coordinates I think, but trial and error just led to more trial error.
The coordinates in the photo, are the closest I manage to get. https://imgur.com/umVG8Xd
island basket: 55x78
dock: 54x85 (if I move the dock at 53x85, the kapp'n is too far to speak too)

Also, not really sure if this question applies to hacking or gaming, sorry if this the wrong thread.

If change the coordinates back to the original you should be safe. If not use a back up of you ACNL save file if you have on
