Hacking About The Secure Value Of Pokemon Saves...

Hi, so I region changed my n3ds to USA and my pokemon y save is corrupted...
I backed it up with JKSM and created a new one to import my "corrupted" save on it...
So, the save called main so I think its decrypted, so how do I delete the secure value of the old save..? HEX..?
Ive never thought ill be THAT guy.., geez...

tl;dr (and didn't even answer the question) JKSM.cia automatically resets the nand copy of the secure value
