Hacking About the Moving Game Icon in R4i-3DS RTS

Today I tried to use R4i-3DS RTS on my New 3DS, I realized that the game icons (circled below) moves awkwardly from right to left when highlighted, which seems to a on-purpose feature anyone knows how to stop that?

iirc this can be disabled in the settings, at least it was on my old r4 card.

When you open the settings menu, you can click the arrows at the top of the window to cycle through the different settings.
The one for the moving icon should be called "Animated icons" or something like that, just un-tick it.

Although for some cards I think it was just a button you pressed to disable/enable this feature, but I'm not sure cos there used to be millions of r4 clones

That CFW you mentioned is is for R4 DS, not the R4i-3DS one

Jumping in here late; but did you figure out how to shut this off? I have the R4I Gold Pro and I can't find how to get to any settings to turn off the animate icon (its just annoying and looks dumb)
