Or maybe they can't afford the price of each one of the already released 3DS games.

I am a person who sees the future, I'm wrong for me rarement.Et 3ds remain inviolable. The security systems have become too smart for hackers and hackers also interested in 3ds are not smart enough . They have managed to crack the DS mode, but it had to be facile.Linkers or in the future, with automatic updates, updates that improve the bugs, add features systems, hackers are going crazy and futures they will nombreuses.Avant how to crack 3ds, it might be necessary to get the dsi mode.

God, stop using Google Translate and saying bullsh*t, French people are taken for fools because of you

There's no perfection, there's no foolproof systems, so 3ds will be hacked in around a year... however, online play may be affected if we use this 'future' flash card (similar to bans on LIVE) but NO-online play would be supported without restrictions, that's my opinion about 3ds hacking will be.
EDIT: chinese in my neighborhood is already working on it heheh

]Bandwidth. Slot-1 on the DS has crappy throughput, and I see no reason for Slot-1 flash carts to be built to considerably higher specs than needed, considering how cheaply they're sold for. This is not concrete, but I do not have my hopes up at all.

The bus and the I/O pin count are the same, they just use a different protocol.
So what, are they compressing the whole stream or something?

higher clock-rate and compression make a lot of sense and yes thanks to this it gives us more bandwidth, but its not like if they would have used a new format. The old I/O pin count will be the reason, that we will always have loading times, Nintendo will hide them perfectly (like they always do) the other won't.

No, thats not the case, till now, noone could see a special key which is generated or an unique ID per game. Microsoft can Ban, because they can check if its flashed or not. I have doubts that if you hide yourself as an working Card, that they can see it, but f*cking with NAND and making Softmods will always be a risqué.

The question is, will future cards need an original one for working or will it be possible to put the rom into the flash of the card?

we will see...
