If they can't fix your system, and send you a new one (I've had this happen with a couple ds lites), do they transfer your nintendo store purchases with it? The guy I talked to didn't really seem to have an answer for me, and seemed fairly caught off guard. He could only repeat "Nintendo will try their best to fix your system" until I brought up that I've easily spent a couple thousand points buying channels (Its what they look like to me), and these were about 800 each, so losing them would be a pain. He then said, "Well if it ever comes to that, we'll help you.". Honestly, that doesn't sound too convincing, anyone else go through this?
