Homebrew A9HL on my 2 N3DS XL 1/2

Hi, today I've tried to setup the A9HL hax on both my N3DS XL, the first one had no problem and is working fine.
The other one looks bricked... After restoring the 2.1 unbricked Emunand dump to sysNand, the 3DS doesn't start, only the blue led is working, recovery (L+R+A+UP) is not working either.

So here's my question: I've got a backup of my sysnand (made with OTP HELPER) and I would like to know if I could restore this backup, for now this N3DS XL hasn't been hardmoded, I would like to know if I hardmod it will I be able to restore the Backup I made on OTP Helper ?

Thanks for the reply, just wanted to make sure that Nand backups made with homebrews were the same thing as a Nand backup with Hardmod, I'm going to try this tomorrow then :)

The OTP Helper say something during the restore process? I find weird to brick and otp helper don't say anything...
