Delete the usb and gamma loaders, run HackMii Installer and uninstall HBC and bootmii. You dont have any modded IOS? or cIOS?

Not much point in cleaning your Wii. Trying to remove stuff is one of the best ways to brick your Wii. =)

If you're worried about Nintendo, they don't give a crap what you have on your Wii. For all they know you could have bought it on Ebay already hacked. No one said you did it.

If you're looking to clean NAND space, this is not smart as a clean NAND helps you in absolutely no way.

If you're looking to simply update your stuff.. go ahead and update and everything new will write over the old stuff.

Point is.. don't remove stuff unless you want a bricked Wii. There's absolutely no point in doing so.

I backed up my Wii before I wanted to delete everything. I am getting a bricked screen. I can't get to the main Wii screen it gets bricked before that but i can get to HBC.

I knew for sure that this thread would eventually end up with 'I bricked my Wii'. [IMG]

If you have Bootmii installed as boot2 you can try restoring the NAND backup you made. Otherwise, your hooped.

Put the sd card with nand.bin in your wii. Launch bootmii, then go to the gears, then go to the icon with the red arrow pointing to the chip.

I hope you learned your lesson, at least.

Deleting things from your Wii is absolutely useless and can only help you get a nice paperweight.

I backed it up and I tried to restore but for some reason it says it wasnt for that wii...

Also for all the idiots that thought I deleted stuff off my Wii that bricked it, I didn't. I didn't delete one thing off of it.

Lol. You have BootMiiv3 which has the bug of not letting you restore. Thanks for calling us the idiots though. Cuz we're the ones with bricked Wiis and all.

    1. Open Key.bin in a hex editor look for the Word ConsoleID if you notice in the hex editor theres no space between console and ID there should be and sense theres not you will need to add this Space
To add a Space between Console and ID just put 20 in hex which is a Blank Space between Console and ID, without over writing any data and without moving all the data forward except the chunk your working on and hit save Now highlight and copy all of the 1024bits of the key.bin

Before and After Pics of the Key.bin
    Before

    After The Fix
    http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/7411/afterkeybin.jpg

    2. Now Open up Nand.bin in the hex editor scroll down to the every end and hit paste, to copy all of the 1024bits of the key.bin. to the end of the Nand.bin and hit save

    3. Now your Dump is usable

If indeed you are using Bootmii 0.3 you can try to run the version 0.2 installer and then "Uninstall Bootmii". Once done click on "Install Bootmii". Do not leave the Hackmii installer after you uninstalled Bootmii, install it immediately afterwards. Reboot then try restoring your nand again.

Thank's this helped alot but I am not sure if I should restore it. There are more grey blocks then there are green blocks. When I put the back up on my SD card it was all green. So is it ok to go ahead and do the real restore?
