A semi-playable third-person mod for Cyberpunk 2077 has been released

Where CD Projekt Red's previous game, The Witcher, 3 had you play as Geralt from a third-person perspective, the developers changed things up with Cyberpunk 2077, making it take place in first-person. Some weren't entirely pleased by that choice, however, and one modder has taken it upon themselves to add over-the-shoulder camera modes to Cyberpunk 2077. Created by a person under the name of Jelle Bakker, the "TPP Mod WIP Third Person" mod adds four adjustable camera angles to the game, letting you see your character as you play. As the name implies, the mod is very much a WIP, because while it does let you play in third-person, it comes with its fair share of glitches, anywhere from not animating at all if you try to swim, or your character model having a few issues with using weapons. If you're interested in trying it out, you can grab it on NexusMods.

I questioned all my pc friends in my STEAM list who bought the game, include me had never experienced any issues.

dunno on which platform you played, but if you are on console, sorry man, this game is NOT designed to be played on obsolete HW.

Not defending CDPR here, i would already refunded from STEAM if the game is really that buggy as people over reacted, i believe most complains are from GTX700 or X1/PS4 kids.

the game was not only a buggy disaster, which got people even more furious was that a lot (and i mean possibly 50%) of promised content/features was either not present at all or completely rudimentary garbage code systems, which a novice programmer would code in an evening.
also steam charts lists the 1060 as most used card iirc. your assumption with gtx7xx kids is completely dumb.

Ur HW is certainly better than my, so far 6700k+1070 and the game runs fine, probably I recently upgraded from SSD to NVme SSD, which eliminated almost completely the loading times.
Nowdays, HDD 's low read speed acts as Bottle neck for modern gaming pc, also you shall go to BIOS and set CPU voltage manually(default one is AUTO) to stock value which prevents game from stuttering.

nvme has basically zero benefit, compared to ssd. you have no clue, what you are talking about.
setting cpu voltage manually also is a shite advice, because most people wont even know at what ranges their cpu would operate and how potent their cooling solution is. also has 99% less to do with frametimes (thus stuttering), than the actual gpu used. again - you have no idea what you are talking about...
