Hacking A question regarding the Hermes installer and WiiFlow.

So, got a USB HDD.
Installed latest waninkoko cIOS, rev20b.
Put WiiFlow on the SD card.

And, at first WiiFlow didn't see my HDD, but when moved to the other USB slot, it saw my HDD.
And then, my problem, I have to select a partition.
I select NTFS1, as my iso's are on that partition.

But it doesn't see any games.

So I went searching for this problem, and found out that that Hermes cIOS 222 had to be installed for NTFS.
I downloaded the latest version, tried 249, 61 and 36 as ios to install because I'm not really sure which one of those I did the Trucha restorer on.

Anyway, when trying 249 or 61, it gives me an error right away, something about a bad hash.
But when I try 36, it downloads the IOS (38), etcetc, but then it gives me the error "ES_AddContentStart(blablabla) blabla -1017"
And it fails.

I already tried searching, but couldn't really find anything that answers my question.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Try cIOS rev19 if you plan on using it to install other IOS.

Mmkay, can I just "overwrite" the rev20 I used?
Like, just run rev19, and voila?

Get DOP-Mii. Using any IOS, select IOS > IOS222 > (-) Uninstall to get rid of Stub IOS.
Do the same for IOS223, 224, 249
After that just install cIOS rev19 using IOS250.

Then use IOS249 to install Hermes cIOS.

IOS249 and IOS250 are no stubs. He used Trucha Bug Restorer, so IOS36 is patched, so he can use it to install hermes IOS. Stubs are useless IOSes from Nintendo. Dop-Mii and silimar programs can remove those stubs. Remove 222, 223 and 224 if you have it and then install hermes IOS.

I know. I tell him/her to remove IOS249 incase installer did not overwrite it with rev19.

Got it working.
The installer has overwriten rev20.
And I'm able to play games from my HDD now.
