A question about K-Maps

    Can K-Maps (Karnaugh Maps) have multiple solutions depending on how you take the pairs, quads and octets?

    I guess not
    You always take the largest possible group (of 2,4,8,...)
    even if some are already used

    Maybe use pc software to find the right solution? (Like 'Karnaugh map minimizer')

    But if you think theres more solutions on a map you have, post a pic of it

    Thats all I know atm

    I think you're right, this was my friend's doubt. I'll look into it a bit more.

    There are plenty of solutions but of course the best solution is when you take the biggest groups.
