So, I've been trying actively to sideload apps onto my Xbox One as of late. However, I don't have an actual computer on me. I've tried doing it on my mobile devices, using "PC Web Browsing" apps on my phone, and even my nearest library's computers, but still no luck whatsoever. Is PC on an unblocked internet connection the ONLY way to go? Because if so, then it'll be a while before I ever get onto this thing.

I just thought about something. Couldn't someone just hop onto their computer and sideload these apps for me? Granted, a trustworthy person, obviously.

Their firewall knew of the proxies and blocked all of them. None of them were functioning.

I don't suppose this is possible, is it? I don't have any money on be, but I would be extremely grateful.

Try Windscribe. I managed to get it to work at my dad's workplace which is supposed to block VPNs.
