I don't know if this is a good idea to post this but:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFtbyRQHiAU
Download is in the link with a tutorial for use on emulators
A few things
If you want to have female Pokemon edit or create a PKM file in a D/P/PL/HG/SS Pokesav, either put the pokemon you want or if you want a female 5th gen just put any pokemon on it, make it's gender as female, save, open PBWCPM, open the pkm file, and continue there.
If you import .pkm files from a 4th gen game the names of the pokemon and trainer will be scrambled up but just delete the junk and type in the desired name and there you go.
If you aren't using an emulator go to generate AR code, copy, and paste in the ARDS program (if you are using a retail with ARDS) or a cheat editor for flashcarts such as R4CCE under Pokemon Black if you have the game in your cheat database.
Location details and ribbons are left out though but this is something to hold you over until the actual Pokesav is released.
The codes generated work on any flashcart with AR capability.
