does anyone know of a (preferably free) movie making program where I can import thousands of frames (perhaps select the FPS rate) and export it as a movie file?

Currently I have to turn all those frames into a gif (which significantly reduces the quality) then export it as a video file through quicktime.. not the best solution

    thanks in advance guys [IMG]

Videomach will do what you want.

    http://www.gromada.com/videomach.html.

Not free , but 15 day trial+watermark (both can be sorted [IMG] ).

Can't really think of any other programs to do it.

there is a free version of Pinnacle Studio available:
    http://www.videospin.com/
give it a try, afaik you only have to register...
I am using the full version for all my vacation stuff (and some fun stuff sometimes).

It is a bit more complex but AVISynth will do the task and virtualdub can handle the task as well (they tend to want to be named nicely though).

    Avisynth:

    VirtualDub:

Both are as free as they come.
