Gaming A little help?

Here's my problem, I found a "File" online and after I downloaded said "File" I found out it's all in parts. My question is how to get it into a working ROM? Or how to assemble the parts of it...or whatever I have to do.

Usually you just need to double click one of the files and it will extract it from all the files leaving you with your rom.
