but i tried a cia of return to popolocrois which just released but it says "import failed this cia is invalid "
What could be the problem ?

this cia is invalid = a bad cia . . . so download it from another source

You might have gotten a bad cia, try downloading from somewhere else or find a hash of the file and check against yours.

So even in 10.5 it keeps repeating the " this cia is invalid " error
it is not a problem with the file because i tried many.

Do i need a new version for rxtools or something like that because i can't see the problem here

if you insalled sysupdater and the updates then the problem is not your cfw thats doing its job . . . the problem could be your cia installer itself . . . but i really think its a unfinished download . . . i had this problem with chibi-robo zip lash and i solved it like so. . . i re-downloaded it from the same site and it worked

tried another cia installer, same result
