I did find posts with the similar problem and even with the same Program ID (but it said "Panic occured"; I don't get Panic, I get "fatal error occured")
I found no applicable solutions for me (or tried them all?)

so... what I was doing...
I bought hacked switch (v1, and I got RCM Jig), all was working, but then I realized that Atmosphere is installed to sysnand.
I wanted to check if the switch is banned and I wanted to use emunand so I booted hekate and:

1. backed up eMMC boot0, boot1 and RAW GPP
2. copy-pasted the whole SD card to a safe folder on my PC
3. Create emuMMC - SD Partition - format SD card ... created emuMMC
4. copy-pasted the SD card back (except for the Nintendo\Contents folder because it's 300GB, wanted to do that in the end when I try everything out)
5. (try to) reboot - nothing
6. used the RCM jig and started reboot_payload.bin - same problem

...it never worked, can't boot it... I see the logo and it looks like it's booting, then I get a black screen:

---------------------------------
A fatal error occured when running Atmospère
Program ID: 010041544d530000
Error Desc: std::abort() called (0xffe)

Report saved to /atmosphere/fatal_errors/report_00000000057c5eb2.bin
Press POWER to reboot.
---------------------------------

then I figured maybe the SD card partitions are the problem or whatever, so I:

1. Deleted the partitions
2. Formatted the SD card to FAT32 with rufus
3. returned the SD card backup (except for the Nintendo\Contents folder because it's 300GB, wanted to do that in the end when I try everything out)
4. used the RCM jig and started reboot_payload.bin - same problem

then I thought maybe my eMMC got corrupted or whatever so I did the same procedure PLUS I used the RCM jig to start hekate and I restored the eMMC All... still the same error... don't know what went wrong... I tried fresh atmosphere (instead of my backup)... nothing...

edit: when I don't boot the payload, switch starts and I see all my stuff, but can't run it...
Switch said SD card doesn't work so I formatted it with switch. It made 32MB unallocated area and 461GB exFAT partition
I copy-pasted everything on this exFAT partition... I still get the same error...

Am I doing something wrong with the SD card? I'm baffled...

edit2: I tried a 16 gig SD card, formatted with switch - same problem
is it possible that I have to put some "Nintendo\Contents" stuff on the SD?

Should I just do the whole modding process from step 1?
Can I do something to restore synand to original nintendo specification before I do that?

There are already 2 bug reports about this issue.
Maybe the solutions there might help.

Unfortunately, I read more than 2 bug reports about this issue, maybe 10, and they all go down to two things, format SD and archive bit in hekate.

reformatting and even using a different FAT32 card didn't help
archive bit in hekate says no fixing was necessary
even restoring nand didn't help

OK, I deleted everything from SD, put on ONLY fresh atmosphere, hekate and sigpatches, now it boots in atmosphere!

Now I just have to transfer games to the SD or is there something else involved?
Is stuff from \Nintendo\Contents\registered all that I need or...?
