I think there's a Go homebrew running around out there (saw it on a random DS homebrew site... could be here, or 2 others). If i find it, i'll link ya, but it wont be for a bit, sorry... at work heh)

If you're a fan of Chinese Chess, head on over to iPhone Cake and check out some of their offerings. Their Installer source is: http://iphonecake.com/src/all

DSGf is a replayer/SGF editor rather than the game itself (I am sure you have read stuff on go being one of the hardest games to program a computer for)

    Chinese chess:
I assume you do not mean Chinese checkers (of which there are several versions, many of which are quite good).
I have not personally seen any (the closest you will get is shogi which is nowhere near I know) but the Chinese homebrew scene does not tend to get as well reported as the other non-English ones (unfortunately ?? is also used for "western" chess in Chinese as far as I am aware which limits my searching capabilities a bit). Suffice it to say a search using "Chinese Chess" OR Xiangqi NDS did not lead to any results either.
This being said there are a few versions for systems that are well emulated on the DS: nes, megadrive, SNES etc.
