A bug for ANY modern system???

While playing Skylanders Trap Team with my son I transformed into a villain using a trap crystal. Has anyone else played this game? At the end of a level I jumped into a turret with the bad guy I had transformed into. The entire system froze!!! I could not go home, to options, etc.

This game is literally on ALL systems I believe. This might be a bug that anyone could use on any
system. Thoughts?
