Layton has great writing. Same genre and gametype.

No it hasn't. As much as i love Layton i have to say that the actual writing wasn't that good.

At 5:46 Layton says "Something´s gone very wrong" like if a machine exploding and all the havoc created wasn't enough to see that the writers still made Layton point that obvious thing at the player.

You can't really expect a game to have the type of writing of a book but for an actual game the writing are actually amazing for both Layton and 999.

how do you do the part when your in the cargo room and on the top of the staircase thing you have to make these numbers light up green by putting keys please help cause i hate these damn math problems.

For the first part,

you just need to choose 3 numbers to make digital roots of the numbers 1-9. I can't remember the solution for this one, but if I remember correctly there are two rows of three.

For example, to make the number 8 light up, you could use:

4 + 1 + 3 = 8

However, you have to do two of them at once, so you could do:

4 + 1 + 3 = 8
2 + 6 + 5 = 13 = 1 + 3 = 4

Just continue that way until all of them are lit up.

For the second part, you need to...

convert the letter F to hexadecimal, which is 15. Therefore, you need to make all the pins add up to 15 each way, including diagonally.
