damn, 2 hours and still stuck in the first room. i can't get the briefcase to open, i found the note and the back of the photo already but the numbers from the photo and the note wont do it. the numbers that came out was 74,63, the arrow is below and 29 18 where the arrow is on top. i tried mixing them up but no luck. damn i feel so dumb, what did i miss?

Man, I make so much weird dreams because of this game that I cannot sleep correctly since 2 days :| ...

You aren't the only one. I played this until super late and had a nightmare about Clover.

It doesn't have to be a happy ending to be a good ending, you know... That's how horror works. But it is probable (for a change of direction, if nothing else, I hear most endings are brutal and grisly)
I see nothing grisly about seeing everyone dying bloody deaths and then the final character never figures out who kills him.

I'm pretty sure these numbers are what is wrong...for one, the second number of both of them should never be higher than 5. I think you are reading the note wrong.

I didn't say they were grisly, I just heard people describe them as such. Take it whichever way suits you better, really.

You need two separate slips of paper in addition to the photo in order to work out the code.

I'm pretty sure these numbers are what is wrong...for one, the second number of both of them should never be higher than 5. I think you are reading the note wrong.


ahh, the arrow there is pointing to left, so read it as 81 92

yeah already found those, the note from the bulletin board and the picture frame, opened with the screwdriver

There's another slip of paper besides the one from the bulletin board. Also, to work out the correct shapes, just press search and it will tell you the direction in which they go.

FYI there's 2 sheets, 2 cases & 2 keys to find - once you work out which key goes with which case (which isn't very hard) that should give you a clue on how to work out the combinations with the sheets with the shapes/arrow

You need to check the slip of paper next to all of the plates and...

...visit the freezer. Eventually you will get a small slip of paper from a piece of pork from the freezer. The code is on it, but you need to translate it from hexadecimal.

Finally on the path of the true ending and the game suddenly got so much longer. I managed to guess correctly on some of the basic stuff in the plot, but I did not see all that other stuff coming

and to get the true ending path afterwards

True ending path, door 4, accept the bookmark, listen to the ice-9 story in the freezer, then door 7, give bookmark to Clover and finally door 1
