I got a different first ending than the submarine. The submarine ending was my second. It was still bad, though.

I got the same ending twice doing 2 different things. On my 3rd playthrough now. I've almost tried every room possible in teh game.

Why didn't Clover just go through door 9 with Lotus, Ace, and Junpei?

1 + 8 = 9
Certainly that would have made more sense than killing Junpei ...? I mean, she already killed off Seven and Santa, who had supposedly killed Snake. (I actually calculated right away that it had to be either Seven/Santa or Clover/June .. which obviously Clover and June are the most unlikely to have done that to Snake)
She said she killed June because she had got in the way of her killing off Seven and Santa, but why kill Junpei? He wasn't doing anything to get in her way.
I guess it's entirely possible that she's insane or something.
Maybe it'll make more sense once I unlock other endings.
WARNING SPOILER :
Technically, she did not kill him. Just cut his arm. And since she killed June, Junpei would have killed her I think. And he is a witness so it wouldn't be a good idea to leave him alive. And she was also completely insane.
